The Marketing & Social Media Executive will play a vital role in creating, developing and implementing the marketing and social strategies for S/L and our main luxury fashion client, generating engaging content and activations and embedding social media at the heart of the business. This role would ideally suit a Marketing + Social Media expert with 3+ years’ experience, who has a passion for luxury fashion and a love of brands and marketing. This will be a key opportunity to help lead the marketing and social strategies while also developing and executing content for our main luxury client amongst others.


What you’ll do

  • Your role will be a balance in between driving the right strategy for the brand as well as ensuring brilliant execution in each project across various touchpoints.

  • You will manage, create and execute the global marketing strategy with the Account Director.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and management of all the brand’s Social Media Channels.

  • You will help lead, create and deliver bespoke social content as part of the wider Social Media Strategy.

  • You will develop brand content from concept to execution, inclusive of content exchanges, partnerships and photoshoots.



Who you are

  • You have a strong marketing and social media background with a forward thinking, can do attitude.

  • You are a good communicator and hugely passionate about marketing and social communications.

  • You’re on the pulse, and love learning about new trends and strategizing how to stay current in an ever-changing landscape.

  • You live and breathe fashion and have a solid experience in operating within a fashion brand. Luxury preferred although not vital.

  • You have strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.

  • You are proactive, not reactive, and unafraid to take action.

  • You have a clear understanding of key social media channels, and a curiosity to explore niche and upcoming platforms

  • You are a strong communicator, able to influence a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers.

  • You are proficient in reporting, confident in navigating through data, to interpret and analyse it and then take action from it.

  • You are a problem solver who can navigate new challenges and find practical and innovative ways to find a solution.

  • You thrive in change and are adaptable to flexible environments.

  • You are able to work both in a team and by yourself in equal strength.
